Exhibitors and Sponsors
We are seeking sponsors to ensure the success of the Symposium. Sponsoring this event will increase your organization’s profile as a supporter of evidence-informed health care and the numerous Cochrane Collaboration activities in Canada. Sponsors will receive recognition for their support with increasing levels of visibility at higher levels. We would be pleased to issue you a charitable donation receipt. Your support makes a difference!
Four levels of sponsorship are available this year:
Silver Sponsor: $2000 - $4999
o Logo on Symposium program and website;
o Standard-sized brochure in registration packs.
Gold Sponsor: $5000 - $7999
o Logo and materials in registration pack (as above); plus
o Additional sponsored item (consumer event, conference bags, workshop or parallel session).
Platinum Sponsor: $8000 and above
o Logo and materials in registration pack (as above);
o Exhibit space (if available; internet may be extra);
o Additional sponsored item; plus
o Sponsored conference plenary, workshop or parallel session.
Networking Social Event Sponsor: $10,000
o Mingle and Meet social event: Event named after your organization; sponsorship signage at venue entrance; your materials in registration packs.
Exhibitor (space is limited; affiliate organizations and partners will be given first consideration): $1000
o Presentation table at conference venue and mention in program. Additional resources (computer screens, internet connections available at additional cost).
